To all the other Raving Lance M Fans! BUY THIS BOOK! I’m already putting Chapter 5, Ground Contours, Soil & Gravel Lots, to work on my current shadow-box layout for my local historical society. Although the 1930’s are not ”Modern” the concepts that Lance provides are great inspiration for getting great results. Downside of Chapter 5…I’ll never look at an empty lot the same way again. 😮
